For example: &#8220;Attn.: Collections Department.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Acknowledgment:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Most of the time it so happens that you do not have a person to concern to in your letter. Do not worry! \u201cTo whom it may concern\u201d will do the needful.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Body:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Write a paragraph giving exactly the required information. For phrasing style such as \u201c&#8221;I, William Smith, hereby give permission to (name of the person or company) to be able to receive information for the account no. 908.&#8221; If the person who ought to request the information is known, do mention him in the letter.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Final step:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sign your letter and make three copies \u2013 one for the creditor, one for the company\/individual asking for information and the last one for yourself.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Creditors deal with confidential information.
