Health Services
Health care, or healthcare, refers to the treatment and management of illness, and the preservation of health through services offered by the medical, dental, pharmaceutical, clinical laboratory sciences ( in vitro diagnostics), nursing, and allied health professions. Health care embraces all the goods and services designed to promote health, including “preventive, curative and palliative interventions, whether directed to individuals or to populations”. Before the term health care became popular, English-speakers referred to medicine or to the health sector and spoke of the treatment and prevention of illness and disease. A health care provider is an organization that provides facilities and health care personnel to deliver proper health care in a systematic way to any individual in need of health care services.l
There have been many people who have reported that the services of a chiropractor were invaluable treatments. For this reason, insurance companies commonly cover the costs associated with chiropractor services. This is also a good reason why you should trust chiropractors before you have your procedure performed. Chiropractors have been associated with many solutions for common and difficult problems.
Health workforce
Health workers are "all people engaged in actions whose primary intent is to enhance health" (World Health Report 2006).
Workers in health systems around the world are experiencing increasing stress and insecurity as they react to a complex array of forces. Ageing population, new diseases as well as increasing burden of current diseases, escalating conflicts and violence, are all challenges to which the workforce must be prepared to respond.
The unmistakable imperative is to strengthen the workforce so that health systems can tackle crippling diseases and achieve national and global health goals. A strong human infrastructure is fundamental to closing today’s gap between health promise and health reality, and anticipating the health challenges of the 21st century.
Exercise is a Must
Do not believe the hype that you read on other websites about diets not involving fitness. The truth of the matter is simple. The more lean muscle your body has, the more fat your body will naturally burn. So a program tells you not to workout, they are basically asking you to limit the amount of fat that your body could burn.

Health Systems Financing
Health financing has become an increasingly central issue for people and governments in all parts of the world. In many countries, financial barriers exclude the poor from services, and the costs of obtaining care result in severe financial problems for patients and their families. In some countries, policy-makers seek to modify methods of paying health workers or paying for services in ways that improve incentives for efficiency and quality. In all settings, rich and poor, the demand from people for health services exceeds the available funding, although the problem is acute in low income settings.

Health financing systems have three important, inter-related roles: to raise sufficient funds for health; to pool them to spread the financial risks associated with paying for care; and to use the available funds to purchase and provide the desired health services.

Patient safety
Patient safety is a fundamental principle of health care. Every point in the process of care-giving contains a certain degree of inherent unsafety. Adverse events may result from problems in practice, products, procedures or systems. Patient safety improvements demand a complex system-wide effort, involving a wide range of actions in performance improvement, environmental safety and risk management, including infection control, safe use of medicines, equipment safety, safe clinical practice and safe environment of care.

Pharmaceutical products
Pharmaceutical products – more commonly known as medicines or drugs – are a fundamental component of both modern and traditional medicine. It is essential that such products are safe, effective, and of good quality, and are prescribed and used rationally.
